Specializing in Gerontology, Rose has continuously expanded her expertise to provide comprehensive care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she extended her holistic approach by offering house calls, assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in the comfort of their homes.
Rose has also served as the medical director for the Vacation Independent Program at NYIT/VIP, an initiative aimed at empowering young adults with ADHD/ADD to integrate confidently into society. Kate gained clinical experience at South Oaks Hospital, where she honed her skills in completing comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnosing mental health disorders.
Her areas of expertise include treating individuals with anxiety and depression. Kate is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on shifting one’s thinking and implementing coping skills to alleviate stressors and decrease symptoms.
